DELIVERY
Processing time:
All standard orders are processed within a maximum of 5 working days. For custom orders, processing time varies.
Estimated delivery times:
Quebec: 2-3 business days
Canada (outside Quebec): 3 to 5 business days
USA: 4-7 business days
Others: 6-12 business days
*These times are estimates of the postal services and are not guaranteed. I am not responsible for delays caused by the post office and/or customs.
Customs and import taxes:
When a package crosses a border, additional charges may apply. Any customs and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyers. I am not responsible for additional costs and delays caused by customs. Please inquire at your country's customs office for more information.

Delivery costs are those of standard delivery and vary according to the destination and the weight of the package. Delivery to Canada is always accompanied by a tracking number. For packages shipped within the United States and internationally, you have the option with a tracking number or without a tracking number.

UNITED STATES
-Standard delivery with tracking number: $24.00
-Standard delivery WITHOUT tracking number: $15.00
Internationally (other than the United States):
-Standard shipping with tracking number: $65.00
-Standard delivery WITHOUT tracking number: $30.00
*For shipments within the United States and internationally without a tracking number, My Little Moons and I are not responsible for any package lost in the mail after shipment. To be able to trace the package, choose the option with tracking number.
Receipt of the package: IMPORTANT
We use the services of Canada Post. When the package is shipped, you will receive a notification to the email address listed on the order. If the package is too big for your post office box (which is often the case), Canada Post files a delivery notice and you must pick up the package at the post office. It is your duty to recover the package within the time limits mentioned by the post office, otherwise the package will be returned to me and the costs incurred (return costs and costs for a second delivery) will be charged to you.
